It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey all laws which apply to the possession and use of any items listed on our site.  Gaiana.nl cannot keep track of every single law (+ interpretation) on every single order/product in every single country. Some products are not at “food grade” and are not intended for consumption.

International shipping:

We do ship internationally, but we cannot keep track of every single law (+ interpretation) on every single order/product in every single country. The customer agrees to be responsible to respect the laws of his/her own country. Therefore the purchaser promises in every situation not to put any legal action/claim towards our website, our company and any people working for our company.

International buyers are responsible for the arrival of all items (we cannot replace lost or seized items), we will have your order out immediately. This is a standard policy for all international sales regardless of the item. We have this policy because international parcels (outside the Netherlands) can be subject to customs interventions and/or have limited tracking options.

There is always the possibility with international parcels that some issues can occur, like customs or other authorities seizing the parcel. Many sellers choose not to ship internationally, but we will do so under these specific terms. If you the buyer are unwilling to take the risk, please let us know and we kindly cancel your order before shipping.
