The roots of Kava are used to produce a drink with sedative, anesthetic, euphoriant, and entheogenic properties. Kava is consumed throughout the Pacific Ocean cultures of Polynesia, including Hawaii, Vanuatu, Melanesia and some parts of Micronesia for its sedating effects. Its active ingredients are called kavalactones.

When supplementing Kava, a 300mg of this extract daily (in three divided doses of 100mg) appears to be reliable and effective for the treatment of anxiety and other cognitive issues. Doses of up to 800mg of this extract have been tolerated for short periods of time.

Otherwise, supplementation of any product conferring 250mg collective kavalactones (the active ingredients) is used.

Although it is usually taken at multiple times throughout the day with meals, if a single dose per day is being used it tends to be used prior to sleep.

Kava and Kava containing products are suspected to interact adversely with drugs and other pharmaceuticals, caution should be used when pairing Kava with other compounds.

Tolle Wurzel.schön entspannend aber nicht sedierend. Ausgeglichen und guter Stimmung. Geschmack ok und es ist nicht viel von Nöten. Ist meiner Meinung nach den Modernen Benzodiazepinen ebenbürtig.

I only gave four stars out of five because I have never used any other kava extract before in order to compare so no I didn’t feel it would be right to give the maximum rating but only on that account.

I actually find this extracts to be quite effective so actively even a 100mg dose has a notice of all psychoactive effect. I have been combining it with instant kava powder and I am definitely noticing for substantial increase in potency on top of the instant kava which is helping my my instant kava last for much longer.

I would say that this extract does actually work and has some cycle activity to it for sure.

It does smell incredibly strong to my nose but does not take his especially mixed in with my instant kava drink and sunflower lecithin.

Like I say I have nothing to compare it to but I have certainly not been disappointed with this product which I consider to be a very good price as well.

I like this Kava root extract. I have not tried other Kava products only this one. I found a teaspoon of powder perfect.

I can notice just very mild effects even with higher doses. But I like the taste and the local anaesthetic effect :D I am probably not very sensitive to kavalactones.

Very calming and relaxing, quite powerful too.
One 100mg dose will show you it’s effects noticeably.
Doesn’t taste nice but it helps a lot with my insomnia when I can’t sleep or wake up in the middle of the night.

Amazing product. Very euphoric and enrgizing onset, then calmness, well being, a little bit talkativness, music sounds very deep. You can use it in the morning and have a good, positiv day, you can use it in the evening and sleep like a God. Its similar to phenibut, mixing very well mit kratom. Comfortable in use comparing to dry root. Taste also is definitly better.
